摘要
对山东淄博坡地窑磁州窑系的白地黑花瓷片、施白化妆土瓷片进行了研究,胎体吸水率和显气孔率均较高,显示了其烧结温度偏低。对胎体和釉层的X射线衍射和显微结构分析表明,瓷胎中主要含有莫来石、α-Fe_2O_3、石英等晶相。釉为石灰釉,其原料矿物组成属于CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系,釉与胎之间形成一中间层,中间层中主要有钙长石和α-Fe_2O_3晶体。
Samples of underglaze colored ware and engobe ware of Pedi kiln were studied.The high water ab-sorption and porosity of their bodies indicate that the sintering temperature must be lower than needed.The XRD results and microstructure of both bodies and the glaze imply that mullite,α-Fe_2O_3 and quartz are dominant crystal phase,and the glaze is lime glaze, its raw mineral composition beIongs to CaO-Al_2O_3 -SiO_2 system. There is an interlayer between the body and glaze which mainly consists of anorthite and α-Fe_2O_3.
