SrTiO_3压敏陶瓷一次烧成工艺的研究

INVESTIGATION ON THE SINGLE-FIRED PROCESS OF SrTiO_3 VARISTORS

研究了一次烧成法的温度、还原和氧化条件、施主和受主掺杂等对ＳｒＴｉＯ＿３陶瓷压敏和介电性能的影响。借助于ＳＥＭ，ＥＤＡＸ和ＷＤＡＸ等分析技术，阐述了这种陶瓷的显微结构、杂质分布和电性能之间的关系。

By the single-fired process,the effects of donors and acceptors doped,firing temperature,reducingand oxidizing conditions in furnace on the varistor characteristics and dielectric properties of SrTiO_3 ceramics arestudied. With SEM,EDAX and WDAX,the relations between the microstructure of the samples,distributionof impurity and electrical properties are also reported.
