摘要
综合报道了C_2S转晶反应定量调控的研究结果。宏观工艺研究表明:γ-C_2S适宜烧成温度为1250~1500℃,冷却方式与速率对转晶反应影响不显著;微观研究表明:调节β-C_2S稳定刑浓度可定量调控C_2S转晶反应,稳定剂稳定效果与烧成温度有关,且受其它杂质离子干扰,Al-2O_3,Fe_2O_3组分对C_2S转晶反应有双向调控效应。
The paper comprehensively states a serise of resuIts on the quantitative control of C_2S. Themacro-technology research results show that the range of appropriate burning temperature of γ-C_2S is 1250~1500℃, and the effect of tran;formation on the cooling rate is not noticeable; the micro-research results in-dicate that the β-C_2S→γ-C_2S transformation can he controlled quantitatively,by adjusting the concentrationof the stabilizer,and the effect of stahilizer is related to the burning temperature and is interfered by impureions,and Al_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 have bidirectional controlling effects on the C_2S transformation.
