摘要
在研制国产尿液制片机控制系统时,摒弃了原日本样机的继电控制系统,采用了可编程控制器系统。可编程控制器不仅利用内部逻辑取代了具体继电器、定时器、计数器和其它一些器件,而且它所具有计算机的准确性,使其系统比继电控制系统更灵活、更可靠。在详细分析了尿液制片机的工艺流程,以及控制系统的硬件组成和软件框图之后,对可编程控制器系统和继电器控制系统各自的特点进行了对比讨论。最后实际运行的结果表明了系统设计的正确性。
n designing domestic machines of urinary paper making,a new control system with programmable controllers is adopted instead of relay-based control system in the machine from japan. This system replaces with internal logic of the PC the discrete relays,timers, counters and some other devices, moreover,its accuracy due to the computer makes it more flexble and reliable.This paper analyses the manufacturing procedure of the machine as well as the design of hardware and software of control system.It also describes the key design techniques and discusses the differences between the two systems.
