摘要
讨论了在ＣＬ５５０ＪＰＥＧ开发板上的数字活动图象的加密问题，并提出了两种实现方案，可用于战术侦察活动图象加密和一般商务ＴＶ会议加密。
In this paper,the encryption problem of digital motion image on CL-550 JPEG video board is described and two implementing methods with better effect are proposed which can be applied to encrypt in commerce TV conference and motion image for tactics reconnaissance.
