摘要
对于工业窑炉微机控制系统,其可靠性是一个很重要的问题,为使其可靠地工作,对硬件和软件均应采取相应措施。提高工业窑炉微机控制系统软件可靠性的几种方法,是通过设置软件数字滤波、用户程序监视器以及状态信息反馈程序,使系统可靠性得到明显提高,其原理同样适用于其它微机控制系统。
eliability is very important for the industrial furnace microcumputer control system, which can beachieved by adopting corresponding methods to handle both its software and hardware. Some methods arepresented to improve the reliability of the software in the system,which includes setting software digital filtering,user program monitor and state information feedback program.
