摘要
介绍了微型圆盘斜西式矿物分选仪的结构、工作原理及分选特性.该仪器利用不同密度的矿粒在作特殊振动的狭小弧形斜面上移动的速度差异,实现矿物按密度分选、提取单矿物.分离介质为水.对分离密度差>2300kg/m3的矿物组合,可得到符合要求的单矿物;分离密度差在1000~2300kg/m3的矿物组合,一般只能提取最大密度的单矿物.仪器构造简单,使用方便,所获得的单矿物纯度高(>98%),是一种有效而经济的矿物分选仪,可供岩矿鉴定试验室和选矿试验室使用.
The construction, principle of operation and sorting characteristic of the small disc inclined mineral concentrator is introduced. On the basis of the speed difference of transition of the mineral particles of different density on the small arc special shaking inclined plane, separating minerals is made at a density, as a result, monominerals could be extracted.Water is the separation medium. By separating the association with the density difference more than 2300kg/m3, the satisfying result of monominerals can be get. In general, by separating the association with the density difference within 1000-2300kg/ m3, the monomineral particles of the highest density can only be extracted. The apparatus is simple in structure and easy to operate. The purity of the product can be more than 98%. It is an efficient and economic mineral separator which may serve as a separator for rock and mineral determination and ore separation.
