摘要
硅钼蓝杂多酸在pH9.6NH3-NH4Cl缓冲液中于-1.12V(vs.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的极谱吸附波,导数波高与硅浓度在0.02~10μg.ml-1有线性关系,检出限0.008μg·mL-1.用于天然水中痕量硅测定,回收率为94.8%~103.4%。对浓度为0.16μg·mL-1水样11次测定,相对标准偏差为4.1%.
In NH3-NH4CI buffer(pH =9.6) silicomolybdic heteropoly blue can produce a sensitive polarographic wave with peak potential at -1.12 V(vs. SCE). The derivative peak height is directly proportional to the silicon concentration in the range of 0.02~ 10 μg /mLand the detection limit is 0.008 μg/ mL The metod is applied to the determination of silicon in natural water with satisfactoryresults. The behavior of the polarographic wave is studied.The wave has proved tobe a polarogaphic catalytic wave with adsorptive behavior.
