摘要
分析测定了产自北京、吉林、云南、广西的115个水稻品种(品系)的糙米及其中12个品种的精米的 Fe,Zn,Ca,Se 四种元素的含量。结果表明:①115份糙米的上述四种元素的平均含量(μg·g^(-1))分别为21.31,42.12,205.91,0.0621不同品种间四种元素的含量差异常很大;②不同种皮颜色的糙米间各元素含量的差异多数不显著;③产自不同地区的糙米间四种元素含量的差异极显著,广西米的各元素含量最高,北京米其次;④糙米中四种元素的含量高于相应的精米的含量;⑤稻米中 Ca,Zn 含量呈极显著的正相关关系。
The content of Fe,Zn,Ca,and Se in brown rices and 12 polished rices of One hundred fif- teen varieties or strains was determined.These rice varieties came from Beijing,Yanbian(Longjing), Yunnam,Guangxi.The results showed that:①The average content of Fe,Zn,Ca and Se in hundred fif- teen brown rices are 21.31,42.12,205.91 and 0.0621μg/g,respectively.There is extreme difference in content in different rice varieties.②There was no significant differences in content of the elements between various color brown rices.③The difference in content of four elements in brown rices from various area was extremely siginificant,and the general trend was that the content of the elements in the rices from Guangxi was highest and the second from Beijing.④The content of four elements in brown rices was high- er than that in polished rices.⑤There is positive relationship between content of Zn and Ca.
