摘要 以感线虫病的高淀粉品种宁12-17为γ-射线辐照材料,剂量180Gy 剂量率1.05Gy·min^(-1),未经辐照的为对照。经田间插植观察、品系产量试验、接种线虫和钌红染色、以及少量突变系的酯酶同工酶的分析共计5年试验,获得对线虫病抗扩展的突变系1个,叶形等变异类型5种,薯皮色由紫红变为黄色的变异类型多个,均能稳定遗传。由于宁12-17基因型的特点,变异内容比较丰富。 A genotype,Ning 12-17 was used as the irradiated objective,the variety is used for indus- trial material with high dry-matter content purple red skin color,light yellow fresh color,cordate with denticle leaf shape.The variety is resistant to black rot but susceptible against colonization to nematode (Ditylenchus destructor).1000 cuttings were irradiated with 180 Gy dosages and 1.05 Gy·min^(-1).dosage rate.500 cuttings without treatment used as control.This research work has been carried out for five years,one mutant 337-1,resistance against colonization to nematode was obtained,it is shown that the resistance to nematode may be controlled by oligogene.However,the field test should be done furtherly. Also,the results showed that the fresh and dried yield of 337-1 were the same as that of control.There- fore,induced somatic mutation could be used for improvement of clonal varieties without altering most of its other desirable characteristics.
