摘要
用高效液相色谱法对3种典型的工程预处理(NaOH 处理、尿素处理和未处理)稻草经碱性硝基苯氧化降解的产物进行了分析。在样品前处理程序中用体积分数=80%的乙醇在超声波水浴(低于30℃)中浸提的纤维与中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维及对照组作了对比分析。结果表明,用=80%的乙醇浸提不仅可以有效地去除秸秆中一些水溶性和酯溶性的杂质(p<0.05),而且能明显地提高酚类化合物的产率,从而使样品中的不溶性木质素最大限度地保持其完整性。
Phenolic compounds obtained from three pretreatmented rice straws by alka- line nitrobenzene oxidation are quantitatively analyzed using HPLC.The sample is ex- tracted in an ultrasonic bath at ambient temperature(below 30℃)using 80% aqueous ethanol and compared with NDF,ADF,and the control.The results show that ultra- sonic treatment with 80% aqueous ethanol is a very effective extraction procedure to re- move the low-molecular hydrophilic and lipophilic extractives and may significantly im- prove the yield of phenolic compounds from crop residues(p<0.05).The insoluble lignin in the sample is mostly conserved.
