摘要
研制了水平圆运动振动流化干燥试验装置,通过试验建立了振动流化酒糟干燥的回归方程,分析了振动强度以及其他工艺参数对干燥效果的影响,提出了临界振动强度的概念并得出了它的数学表达式。研究结果表明,从干燥效果考虑,振动的输入相当于在不增加热能输入的情况下提高了热风速度,因而具有显著的节能效果。
A horizontal circular vibro-fluidized bed(VFB)dryer is designed and tested. Regression model of distillers' grains drying is established by a series of experiments. The effects of different technical parameters on drying are analyzed.A new concept of critical vibration density and its mathematical model are presented for the drying of distillers' dregs.The results show that from the point of view of drying effect,adopting vibration is equivaUent to increasing airflow rate without additional heat consumption,so VFB is a desirable energy saving equipment.
