摘要
利用花生壳本身的透气性,将花生果置于容器内,密封后充入较高压力的气体,然后突然释放,实现花生果气爆脱壳试验。分析了影响气爆脱壳的主要因素,找出了提高花生气爆脱壳率的最佳充气乐力和稳定压力维持时间,确定了小花生果接缝处的许用应力值。
Using the air permeability of peanut shell,the experiments on peanut shelling by gas burst are conducted through putting peanuts in a container and filling in comparatively high-pressure gas,then suddenly releasing the gas.The main factors af- fecting the shelling performance are analyzed.The optimum gas pressure inside the container and the holding time of the pressure are found to obtain a good shelling rate. The value of admissible stress on the crack of peanut is determined.
