摘要
为了建立利用自然冷源蓄冰的数学模型,通过对不同条件下槽内水的相变传热过程的测定和分析,得出了冰层厚度与外界气温之间的关系。还通过对模拟自然冷源果蔬贮藏库内制冰过程的测定和分析,确定了库内各点的温度分布,得到了水箱在库内的结冰规律,并对整个库的热平衡进行了计算。对试验装置的特性进行了测定和评价。
To set up a mathematical model of storing cooling to make ice by utiliz- ing natural cooling resource,this experiment studies on finding out the law of rela- tionship between ice thickness and outside temperture by means of surveging and analyzing the phase change and heat transfer process of water in the trough under different conditions;by way of surveying and analyzing making ice process in ice- shelter in storage by utilizing natural cooling resource,define the distribation of in- side temperature,and the law of being frozen process of water in box.Moreover, heat transfer of the storage is calculated and properties of experimental facilities are surveyed and evaluated.
