摘要
用自行设计的国产中空纤维膜超滤试验样机对苹果汁和山楂汁进行生产性超滤试验,考察了平均操作压力、主流液流量、超滤时间等参数对透过液通量的影响;通过回归分析,找出了透过液通量的主要影响因素和样机的主要操作参效。试验结果表明,该样机用于苹果汁和山楂汁的超滤生产不仅可行,而且优于传统的过滤方法。
A self-designed prototype machine of ultrafiltration is established by us- ing domestic hollow-fiber membrane.Production-scale experiments are carried out with apple juice and hawthorn juice separately.The effect of operational parame- ters,including average operation pressure,juice recirculation speed and processing time on permeate flow rate is inspected.Based on the regression analysis,the main factors affecting the permeate flow rate have been found out.It has been proved that the application of domestic hollow-fiber membrane for clarification is not only feasible,but also superior to that of traditional methods in the clarification of apple juice and horthorn juice.
