摘要
程序设计语言教学管理系统第二版是在第一版的基础上经过改版和扩充而研制成功的，本文主要介绍了程序设计语言教学管理系统第二版的研制状况、图文编辑、文本编辑、试题编选及系统特点。
The second edition of the program design language teaching and studying manage system is prepared at the first,and go through correcting and expanding. In this paper, the research condition, picture and character edit,text edit,sampling test questions and system characteristic are described.
