摘要
主要介绍了科研项目信息管理系统的研制概况，包括其开发环境、各主要模块的功能介绍及程序设计特点．系统具有界面美观，功能齐全，易于维护以及支持鼠标操作等主要特点．
The developing starus of DBMS for scientific research projects is introduced in this paper. The developing environment, function introduction and programming characteristics of main modules are also summarized. The system has the main characteristics of nice interface, rich functionality, easy maintenance and supporting the mouse operation.
