综述了２－烷基呋喃的合成方法，总共７种．介绍了几种烷基呋喃化合物的存在、感官特性及用途．
Seven methods to synthesize of 2-alkylfurans were reviewed. The existence,organoleptic properties and uses of several alkylfurans were introduced in this paper.
