摘要
对作为磁光材料的锰铋稀土薄膜的制备、测量进行了阐述，从各项测量结果出发，说明了该材料的磁学性能和磁光性能．在此基础上对其晶体结构进行了分析．提出了对该材料具有相当大的磁光克尔转角的解释．
The preparation and measuring method for MnBiRE thin films as magneto-optical material are studied. The magnetic and magneto-optical properties of these films are interpreted in the light of the crystal structure theory.
