摘要
体表心电Mapping是又一个新的心脏疾病诊断技术。作者考虑了体表心电噪声强、各导联之间心电差异性较大的特点,提出了性能较好的心电处理算法。其中包括:50Hz陷波、零相位低通滤波及宽范围抛物线拟合去除基线漂移的算法等。在此基础上,将心电信号的一阶差分、二阶差分及时域幅值相结合以形成阈值,通过在主峰值左、右作反复搜索的方法对Q、R、S及其它子波作精确定位。通过对28名临床病例的检验,定位准确率为97.7%。
Body surface ECG mapping is one of the new diagnostic technique of heart disease. Tak
ing the large noise in body surface ECG and the great difference between ECG leads into ac
count , the authors proposed a high performance ECG processing algorithm, which includes
50Hz notch filter,zero-phase low-pass filter,and wide range parabolic baseline fitting al
gorithm. Based on ECG processing,the authors combine the first and second order differential
with amplitude in time domain to form the thresholds. Searching before and after the princi
pal peak volue repeatly to locat QRS wave and other wavelets. On the studies of 28 clinical
cases, the accurcy rate of detection is 97.7%.
