摘要
以区域能源、工业经济与环境系统作为研究对象，利用灰色系统ＧＭ（１，１）中的基本参数之一──发展系数作为系统要素发展特征的定量表征，从发展的角度，着重在理论上探讨了旨在促进系统协调发展的灰色发展决策方法，从而为区域工业结构的调整提供依据。并对山西介休市作了实例探讨。
Taking regional energy-industrial economy-environmental system as an object of study,and utilizing the development coefficient,one of the basic coefficients of grey system theory,to indicate the development characher istics of the system factors,the method of grey development decision,aimed at the harmonious development between environment and industrial economy,proached and discussed theoretically.Moreover,Jiexin city,Shanxi province is taken as a case study.
