用Ｎｅｗｍａｎ－Ｐｅｎｒｏｓｅ（简记Ｎ－Ｐ）形式对修正后的Ｔａｕｂ定理给出一个不含原证明弊病、简单得多的证明，并为Ｎ－Ｐ形式的初学者提供一个应用实例．

A much simpler proof of the revised Taub theorem using NewmanPenrose formalism is given.It also serves as an introduction of application of the N-P formalism for beginners.
