摘要
在光镜和扫描电镜下观察,蕨[Pteridiumaquilinum(L.)var.latiusculum(Desv.)Und-erw.]的游动精子为长带状,呈螺旋状弯曲。刚从精子器释放出来的每个游动精子的外面均有一极薄的透明膜包裹。游动精子的鞭毛有40~50余条,仅生于游动精子细胞前段约3/5的长度上,精子后部无鞭毛,而所有的鞭毛均生于游动精子螺旋的外侧面,内侧面均不产生鞭毛。扫描电镜下观察,鞭毛表面光滑,为尾鞭型。通过PAS,孚尔根、卡宝染液染色显示,游动精子无胞壁,内含1个与细胞形状类似的长形细胞核,几乎充满整个精细胞。
Spermatozoid of Pteridium aquilinum(L.) kuhn.var.latiusculum(Desv.) Underw.is banded and helical curve,towards two end gradually change thin under light microscopes and SEM.Spermatozoid cannot move when at first released from antheridium,it is enveloped thin transparent membrane.Spermatozoid has 40~50 fllagellums existing in anterior segment 3/5 length of helical curve cell,posterior segment without fllagellum at behand segment and inside surface of spermatozoids.Fllagellum surface is smooth and whiplash type under SEM.After PAS,feullgen,cabol etc.stained,indicating that has not cell wall,but a clear length banded nucleus which same as the spermatozoid.
