摘要
对积分肌电图进行研究的结果进一步证实,浅蹲纵跳的起跳阶段,股四头肌并没有参与工作,而小腿后群深层的屈足、屈趾肌(比目鱼肌、趾长屈肌等)对浅蹲纵跳的起跳有重要作用。因此,为了提高浅蹲纵跳的起跳能力,必须重视提高小腿后群深层屈足、屈趾肌的爆发力。为达到这一目的,负重屈足、屈趾练习必须在屈膝条件下进行。
The results of IEMG study indicated that the quadriceps femoris did not take part in the takeoff of the partial -squat vertical jump (PSVJ). But the flexors of the foot and the digital flexors in the deep layer flexors of the shank,such as soleus and flexor digitorum longus etc.,played an important role in thetake-off period of the partial squat vertical jump,Therefore,in order to improve the take-off power of the partial squat vertical jump we must pay attention to the improvement of the explosive power of theflexors of the foot and the digital flexors in the deep layer of the shank. To attain the aim,weight trainning with the foot and the toe flexed must be carried out with the knee bent.
