摘要
本实验观察氯化镉(CdCl2)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。在小鼠免疫后不同时间一次灌胃15mg/kgCdCl2时,对D2组DTH有明显抑制作用。在不同剂量多次灌胃试验中,2.4mg/kg和4.8mg/kg组,镉对DTH、PFC和琳巴细胞转化均有明显抑制作用,以上结果表明氯化镉对小鼠免疫功能有抑制作用。
The effect of CdCl2,on the immune function of mice was studied. After immunization the single stomach irrigation with CdCl2 in a dose of 15mg/kg at different time was given.DTH in D2 group was markedly suppressed.At the repeated multiple stomach irrigation with CdCl2 in different doses,DTH,PFC and the lymph cell transformation were markedly suppressed in the 2.4mg/kg and 4.8mg/kg groups. The results suggest that CdCl2 may have a suppress effect on the immune function of mice.
