摘要
实验观察亚硝酸钠对小鼠免疫功能的影响。经检测染毒小鼠的免疫器官重量，血清中溶血素的含量和ＡＮＡＥ染色阳性细胞数等项指标。结果表明亚硝酸钠对小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫功能均有不同程度的抑制作用。
Effects of sodium mitrite on the immunologic function of mice were studied. According to the results of immune organ weight, level of hemolytic and α-naphtly-acetate esterase(α-ANAE) of mice exposed to sodium mitrite, we found that sodium mitrite inhibited the cellular immunity and humoral immunity in mice.
