摘要
从卧式旋转窑焊接简体工作状态的主要技术参数,分析和判断该系统内环缝接头产生疲劳失效的原因和部位。通过计算分析、校核和建造失效树等方法,求出焊接简体的失效模式,包括最小割集、失效概率和结构重要度等,从而提出预防失效的主要途径,为变厚度焊接简体的设计、制造和使用提供了可借鉴的依据。
It analysed and judged the position and cause for the fatigue failure in the welded tube from the system by its working satus complying with the important technological parameters on the welded tube of horizontal revoving kiln .By the analysing and proofreading as well as building the failure in the tree,the probability of failure,mincutset and important degree in construction were given .In this way ,it provides scientific basis for the design,manufacture and application on the welded tube with different thickness,and provides an important way of failute prevention.
