摘要
研究了可锻铸铁白口铸坯凝固组织的差异与控制。提出了白口铸态组织各种共晶碳化物的形态、数量,白口组织晶粒大小,铸态珠光体组织形态的控制;铸态石墨形态、数量、大小与可锻铸铁铸态组织质量的关系以及对可锻铸铁石墨化退火的影响。
The white cast solidification microstructure of malleable cast iron has been investigated,It shows the eutectic carbidesmorphology,quantity and the grain size,And it presents the control of pearlite structure,and the relation of cast graphite quantityand size with structure quality of malleable cast,as well as the effect on the graphitization annealing.
