甲乙型肝炎血清MAO同工酶活性变化研究

The Study about Activity Changes of MAO-A and MAO-B of Human Serum in the Hepatitis A and B Groups

用荧光分光光度法检测了血清单胺氧化酶（ＭＡＯ）同工酶Ａ（ＭＡＯ─Ａ）和同工酶Ｂ（ＭＡＯ─Ｂ）活性，结果表明血清ＭＡＯ─Ｂ活性急性期甲肝组较正常对照组显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），慢性期乙肝组极显著升高（ｐ＜０．０１）；二型肝炎组的ＭＡＯ─Ａ活性升高程度无统计学意义。二型肝炎ＭＡＯ同工酶活性改变与其它肝功生化指标无明显相关性，表明血清ＭＡＯ同工酶活性与肝功损害程度不相关。

The activities of monoamine oxidase isozymes A and B (MAO-A,MAO-B) in the human serum of control, hepatitis A and B group were detected with spectrofluorometry. The results revealed that activities of MAO-B in the hapatitis A (15.03±3.37 H2O2 nmol·ml(-1)/30 min) and B (25.62±16.98 H2O2nmol·ml(-1)/30 min) groups showed significant rise (control group: 12.14±3.43 H2O2 nmol·ml(-1)/ 30 min) (P<0.05, P<0.01), and MAO-A in the two hapatitis groups (9.95±5.06 and 10.05±6.45 H2O2nmol·ml(-1)/h) no significant rise (controc group: 7.17±3. 33 H2O2 nmol ml(-1)/h) (P>0.05). The acti-vities of MAO-A and MAO-B are not relative to other biochemical changes of hapa-tic function in the two hapatitis groups.
