肺心病血脂质与载脂蛋白A_1、B_（100）的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of serum Lipid, Apolipoprotein A_1 and B_(100) in Patients with Pulmonary Heart Disease

报告了８６例肺心病患者血清脂质与载脂蛋白（Ａｐｏ）Ａ１、Ｂ１００水平测定结果，表明肺心病存在脂质代谢异常，表现为血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、ＡｐｏＡ１降低，ＡｐｏＢ１００升高，ＡｐｏＡ１／ＡｐｏＢ１００比值降低。本文对其产生机理进行了探讨。

This paper reported the results uf Serum triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-ch), apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1 ) and apolipoprotein B100(Apo B100)in 59 cases with pulmonary heart disease(CPHD ) and 62 healthy persons as control. The results showed that the mean values of TG , TC,HDL-ch, Apo A1, and the ratio of Apo A1 to Apo B100 in the CPHD patients were significantlY lower than that of the control. But the mean values of Apo B100 in CPHD was significantly higher than that in the control. The mechanism which caused these results were discussed.
