摘要 为了改善纤维支气管镜检查时的麻醉效果,我们研制了定量加压麻醉器应用于临床,并与传统方法进行了多方面的量化比较,结果表明在麻醉效果、麻醉面积、操作的复杂性等许多方面本法均优于传统方法,尤其是较满意地解决了支气管腔内纤支镜物镜头的清洁问题,使纤支镜检查的痛苦明显减少,准确性增加,值得推广应用。 Fiberbronchoscopy is a very important examination in the department of respiratology.A favourable anesthesia is crucial for the successful examination. We invented fiberbronchoscopic pressurizing anesthetic and treating equipment (FPATE) and have applied it to the clinical bronchoscopic examination for 19 months. The application of this equipment alleviated the sufferings of patients and promoted the efficiency of work.We concluded that FPATE can:(1) use manpower sparingly;(2) economize the anesthesia;(3) increase the anesthetic effect;(4)elevate the efficiency of examination efficiency;(5)clean the contamination of bronchoscopic lens;(6) partly replace the function of gastroscopy;(7)heating up the fiberbronchoscopy to lessen the patient's discomfort; (8)conveniently perform sprinkling treatment.Therefore this equipment is an optimal accessaries of the bronchoscopist.
