摘要
一、问题的提出1986年8月某市环保局和环保研究所,以1983年为基准年,分级制定了1990年的大气污染治理方案(共3个)及2000年的大气污染治理规划(共9个)(见[4]).根据国家环保局的要求,结合该市环境状况确定如下环境目标:(1)2000年大气环境文化区、居民区达到国家二级标准,工业区达到三级标准(总悬浮微粒控制在0.49mg/Nm^(?)以下).
By means of mathematical statistics and determinism,then standardized data processing,correlation analysis and the selection of independent variables,the calculation and evaluationof independent variables on forecasting the contribution size of dependent variables,and theanalysis of residuals and regression diagnostics have been carried out for a program for con-trolling the atmospheric pollution in a certan City,so that the best way of decision-making isdetermined.The applied and beneficial analyses have been listed for the optimization of the pro-gram,thus yielding optimal benefits environmentally,economically and socially.
