摘要
用慢性微电极技术记录清醒活动家兔尾核神经元单位活动,在6只动物15个单位上观察了静脉注射麦角酰二乙胺(D-lysergicaciddiethylamide,LSD)前后的变化。在所记录的尾核神经元中33%的单位呈现抑制效应,13.3%呈兴奋效应。本文对静注LSD后尾核神经元单位活动的变化与其对行为的影响之间的可能关系作了初步分析,拟从细胞水平与整体水平的结合上认识两者间的关系。
The neuron unit action was recorded in the conscious and unrestrained rabbits by using chronic microelectrode technique.50 spontaneous neuron actions were recorded. It was found that middle frequency unit(1-10) spikes/sec)is 58%, high frequency unit(>10 spikes/sec)is 38%, low frequency unit(<1 spike/sec)is only 4%.The discharge changes were observed at 15 neurons in 6 rabbits after venous injection LSD(D-lysergic acid diethylamide 20 μg/kg.)The result showed that 13.3%were excited,33%were inhibited which were distributed mainly shallow layers of caudate nucleus (H3.2~H4.1).In the light of above observation, we consider that the probable mechanism of the inhibit in caudate nucleus after venous injection LSD may be that the excitatory effect of 5-HT was inhibited by LSD,which results in the action of motor area of cerebrum cortex escaping from the inhibition of caudate nucleus neurons.There may be interelation between the changes of neuron unit action and behaviour after injection LSD.
