§1.引言在数值天气预报的理论研究与实际预报业务中。
This paper deals with the boundary value problm for a denerate ellipticequation in numerical weather prediction. By establishing a prior estimation and dual inequalities the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the problem is obtained.
