摘要
用致癌剂DMBA诱发地鼠颊囊癌,在肿瘤形成过程中动态观测病变区微血管的形态和机能。结果表明,在肿瘤出现前,病变区微血管形态和机能均无明显变化。肿瘤生成后,微血管形态和机能均发生显著变化,出现微循环障碍,并随肿瘤而加重。原位癌时血管排列紊乱、扭曲、粗细不均、极向消失;浸润癌时血管数相对不足、稀疏、血管丛瘀血并出现血窦。平均血流速度原位癌比正常减慢33.33%,浸润癌比正常减慢52.38%,平均血流量原位癌比正常减少46.74%,浸润癌比正常减少66.83%。白斑期的微血管形态和机能与正常基本一致。初步认为,肿瘤的形成导致了病变区的微循环障碍,其程度随肿瘤的发展而加剧。
A 0.5% DMBA in acetone was painted on hamster cheek pouch three times a week,for inducing mucose squamous cell carcinoma. During the cancer formation, we were detected the figure and function of microcirculation. Before carcinoma appearance the microciculation was unchangeableness in the lesion area、When the cancer appeared,the figure and function of microcirculation changed distinctly and circulation disturbance became worse and worse by the growth of tumor.The normal pouch micrangium were lucidum,ramification distinctly,thickness regular,orientation clearly and arborescent. The preinvasire carcinoma micrargium were arrangement confusion,torsion,thickness irregular and orientation unclearly. When there were invasive carcinoma the micrangium were few,rarefaction,vascular plexus were stasis of blood,hemorrhagia and blood stagnation.
