矽肺及肺癌的SEM-EDXA研究

摘要 对矽肺、矽肺合并肺癌、无矽肺的肺癌及对照组各3~4例的肺组织进行扫描电镜及能量色散X线分析(SEM-EDXA)。SEM观察发现,矽肺组及矽肺合并肺癌组病变处的胶原纤维之间有矽尘颗粒结晶。EDXA发现,矽肺组及矽肺合并肺癌组Si的含量明显高于其他元素及另外两组Si的含量(P<0.01),无矽肺的肺癌组及对照组Si的含量则较Al、P、S为低。 Scaning electron microcopy (SEM)and energy diapensive X-ray analysis (EDXA) of the lung tissue were studied.The specimens were divided into four groups:silicosis,lung cancer complicated with silicosis,lung cancer without silicosis and normal control,each consisting of 4 autopsy cases. Silicate dust particles were revealed between collagenous fibres by SEM in the first two groups.The content of Si in silicosis and lung cancer with silicosis(60.46±12. 35)%and(41.06±24. 37)% was richer than in the last two groups [(2.84±2.51)% and(3.71±5.39)%P<0. 01].The content of Si was less than that of Al,S.P in lung cancer without silicosis and the control group [(Si 2.84±2.51)%,Al(38.30±16. 48)%,S(27.88±7.21)%,P(13.75±8. 04)%].
