用甲苯胺蓝表面处理减缓牛心包瓣膜钙化

摘要 为探索有效的预防牛心包瓣钙化的方法,本文在传统的戊二醛处理的基础上,再以0.5%甲苯胺蓝对牛心包进行表面处理。通过大鼠皮下埋植实验和组织钙、磷含量测定及组织超微结构观察等方法,评价了甲苯胺蓝表面处理减缓牛心包瓣膜组织钙化的作用。结果显示:甲苯胺蓝表面处理能减缓牛心包组织的钙化,并且对牛心包膜组织含水量、抗张力强度和大鼠生长无明显不利影响。 The role of toluidine blue on mitigating calcification of bovine pericardial bioprosthesis was evaluted in this study. The bovine pericardium was treated with 0.5% toluidine blue after being treated by 0.65% glutaraldehyde. The calcium and phosphorus contents of the pericardium implanted in Wistar rats' abdominal wall subdermally and explanted after 3,6,9 weeks respectively were measured. Histologic and ultramicroscopic changes were examined. The results suggest that toluidine blue is an effective mitigator of calcification of bovine pericardial bioprosthesis,meanwhile,it does not inhibt rats' growth and not alter the water content as well as the mechanical strength of the bovine pericardium.
