高炉炼铁工艺综合计算软件的开发 被引量:1

摘要 根据成熟通用的计算方法,综合高炉炼铁工艺的配料计算(变料计算)、物料平衡、能量平衡、高温区热量平衡、还原剂与热量的耗炭量计算(C~γ.图形绘制)、理论最低焦比计算、Rist操作线计算与图解应用等计算内容,按照中间数据传递关系串联在一起,形成一个系统的计算模型。用FORTRAN语言程序设计编制成一个应用软件。应用此软件可迅速完成上述所有计算,并按汉字化表格输出方式打印出各种整齐美观的结果数据。 The calculation of BF technology includes burden calculation,burdenbalance,energy balance,heat balance in high temperature region,calculation of carbon consumption, calculation of theoritical coke rate, and plotting of A. Rist operther diagram.These calculations are linked rogether with relation to middle data transmision,forming a systematic calculation model. And a practical sofrware is compeled terough FORTRAN programming. The technology quichly and output the result datatables in Chinese characters,which are neat and beutiful.
