摘要
本文认为新塞煤矿应采用条带采煤法实现村下采煤。可用概率积分法计算沉变参数，用岩体弹塑性力学理论计算条带参数。
This paper analyses the operation of under-village mining in Xingzhai coal mine. According to the author, the strip mining method can ne used for under-village mining. By the probability integration. parameters of ground movements can be calculated, and the strip -mining parameters can be figured our by means of the elastic-plastic rock mechanics.
