本文概要地介绍了建立农机安全监理管理信息系统的必要性，对系统的分析、系统的功能、结构、特点进行了详细的阐述。
In this paper,the authors discussed briefly the necessity of building a management information system(MIS) for agricultural machinery safe control in Guizhou,and explained this MIS in terms of its analysis,design,function,structure and characteristic in detail.
