钢纤维砼井盖受力性能试验研究

摘要 本文对铜纤维砼的基本力学性能进行了试验研究,制作了若干钢纤维砼井盖和钢纤维钢筋检井盖;进行了静力试验和耐冲击试验,做了经济分析。结果表明:钢纤维钢筋砼井盖自重轻,造价低,能满足强度,刚度和抗冲击性的要求,且耐磨性和抗疲劳性良好,用它代替普通的钢筋砼井盖和铸铁井盖,将具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。另外,对钢纤维砼基本力学性能的试验研究,为其在土木工程中的推广应用奠定了基础。 Based on the experimental result of basic mechanics characteristic,several steel'fiber inspection well canopies and steel fibel reinforced concrete canopies were casted and used for experiment of statics and shock load,then an economic analysys was made.Experimental result and analysis indicates that steel fibereinforced concrete of meeting the requirements of strength,rigidity and shock resistance,and well behavior in wear and fatique resistance.Compared with common reinforced concrete inspection well canopy or cast iron canopy,it has better economic and social benefit.In addition,the study of basic mechanics charateristics of steel fiber concrete gives good prospect for application and dissemination in the field of civil engineering.
