摘要
本文通过黑麦(Secale cerecale L.)花粉母细胞减数分裂过程的观察与分析,首次报道了黑麦花粉母细胞在自然条件下减数分裂后期Ⅰ、末期Ⅰ、中期Ⅱ、末期Ⅱ等的18种异常情况,指出细胞分裂的不同步可能是这些异常情况的形成机制,而低温对细胞分裂机制的影响则可能是造成细胞分裂不同步的外部原因。
Based on the observation and analysis of the meiosis of the secale cereal's pollen mother cell,this paper gives its abnormal circumstances in the telophase I,anaphase I,metaphase II,telophaseII.The analysis show that the nonsynchronous division of cell may cause these abnormal circumstances,and the low temperature probably give an impulse to the cell's nonsynchronous division.
