摘要
根据O_2在变质Pb-Ag-Ca阳极(PAC阳极)分别在20%H_2SO_4及/Mol/L MnSO_4—20%H_2SO_4体系中过电位ηO_2测定的结果(298K)及热力学的计算,讨论了在PAC阳极上的两个主要竞争反应即MnO_2(EMD)电沉积及O_2的析出在不同条件下的变迁。实验结果及理论分析表明:只要控制在如下条件下:阳极电位φ_(VSHSE)在1.30V以下,PH>1,[M_n^(2+)]>0.6Mol/L,温度在95℃以上,则在PAC阳极上主要发生的是EMD的电沉积。
From the determinate data of the overpotenfial of oxygen on the PAC anode in the 20%.H2SO4 and 1 Mol/ L MnSO4-20% H2SO4 system respectively (25℃) and the calculation of thermodynamic, the change of two main competitive reaction-electro-deposition of EMD and evolved of O2-in the different condition was discussed. The results of experiment and theoretical analysis indicate that fonnation the electro-deposition of EMD on the PAC anode is principal in the controling condition: anode potential (?)(?)VSHSE = 1.30V below, PH > 1, [M**] > 0.6 Mol / L, t > 95℃
