摘要
本文报道采自中国西南地区贵州的联长足虻属LiancalusLoew一新种:毛联长足虻L.lasiusWeietLiun,sp.nov。文后附本属东洋区种检索表。
A new species of the genus Liancalus Loew, 1857 collected from Guizhou province in southwest of China is described as new to science, namely, L. lasius Wei et Liu, sp. nov. It is similar to L. benedictus Becker and can be distinguished from the latter by the following key.Key to Species of the Genus Liancalus of Orental Region l- Cercus of epandrium long filiform; tgs without a projection on posterodistal margin. The end of wing with a triangular lobe posterioly. Scutellum with 2 marginal bristles L. bobatus Parent, 1932 ──Cercus of epandrium short , non-filiform; tg5 with a projection on posterodistal margin. The end of wing with no triangular lobe posterioly. Scutellum with 6- 8 marginal bristleles 2 2. Face silver. Lower postocular setae black. Scutum with 2 rows of acr and a dark middle longitudinal strip between the two rows. Wing without spot. Squama with black cilia. Leg including coxa black, with no strong bristles but dark fine haired : mid tarsus widened towards end. Abdomen with violet black cut and very short hairs L.benedictus Becker, 1922, ──Face dark bronze, with thin grey pollen. Lower postocular setae pale yellow. Scutum with 1 row of acr and 4 dark brown middle longitudinal strips. Wing with brown spot apically. Squama with yellow cilia. Leg including coxa mainly dark green but tarsus dark; coxa pale haired anteriorly ; mid and hind femur with pale bristleslike hairs ventrally, mid tarsus normal. Abdomen without violet black out. L. The type specimens are deposited in the author' s collections.
