摘要
利用大白菜的显性核互作不育基因向白菜型油菜上转育,成功地育成了白菜型油菜显性核基因互作的全不育系93-1A.经测恢,找到了上位显性核互作恢复基因(Ms),它对不育基因(SP)具有上位恢复作用。并证明其F1具有超亲杂种优势。应用于生产的强优势组合正在选育中。
A fully sterile line,B,cmpestris93-1A,belonging to dominant interaction of GMS, has beensuccessfully breeded by transforming GMS gene from B. pekinensis to B. campestris. And a restoring gene with epistatic dominant nucleus interaction character has obtained through test cross.And the F1 showed a significant hybrid vigor.The vigorous hybrid combinations are being selected。
