摘要
从稻田土、田水、稻株和菌核上分离的2489株细菌中有156株对稻纹枯病具拮抗性。其中90-731-1、90-918-15、90-1030-6、90-1210-74个菌株能较强地抑制稻纹枯病菌菌丝的生长,在NA平板上抑菌带分别为10mm、12mm、11mm和12mm,用稀释50倍的细菌培养液喷雾已接稻纹枯菌菌块的稻苗,病斑长度分别比对照减少28.8mm、25.4mm、25.2mm、25.6mm。
Among 2468 strains of the bacterium isolated the paddy soil, water of rice field,plant and sclerotea 156 strains showed the antagonism to rice sheath blight pathogen(Rhizoctonia solaniAG-1). Four of those strains are 90-731-1,90-918-15,90-1030-6,90-1210-7 and its inhibitoryzone are 10mm,12mm,11mm and 12mm on the NA medium respectively,and it intensely inhibitedthe growth of the pathogen mycelia.After the rice seedling being inoculated the mycelia blocks of the pathogen and sprayed 50-time bacteria dilution to it then the lesion length decreased by 28.8mm, 25.4mm,25.2mm and 25.6mm than ck.
