摘要
对爪哇型水稻材料Gcp28的亲和力进行对比鉴定研究,以期选育出亲和力高的广亲和材料应用于水稻育种中,解决水稻亚种间杂优利用存在的不亲和问题。选用4个标准测验品种及4个光(温)敏不育系与爪哇型材料Gcp28以及公认的广亲和品种培矮64、cpslo、02428进行杂交,配制了32个组合,根据亲本的籼粳分类地位和F1杂种结实率对爪哇型的广亲和性初步进行探讨。试验结果表明,亲和力排列顺序为:Gcp28>02428>培矮64>cpslo。
In order to select breeding materials with high compatible ability and solve the incompatible problem in hybridization between Indica and Japonic rice.4 standard testers and 7 photo period(thermo-)sensitive genic male sterile(P(T)GMS)lines were crossed with the Javanica(Gcp 28) and 3varieties of wide compatibility(Pei-ai 64,Cpslo and 02428 ).The 32 combinations were obta1ned.The compatibility of Javanica(Gcp 28)was identified according to the Indica-Japonica classification of the parents and the F1′s seed setting rate.The compatible ability in order was Gcp)28>02428 > Pei-ai 64>cpslo.
