贵州野生荠菜的驯化与栽培

DOMESTICATION AND CULIVATION OF WILD SHEPHERD'S PURSE GROWING IN GUIZHOU

为充分利用野生蔬菜资源，我们将贵州野生荠菜人工驯化和定向选择培育，经过３年的试验表明：其植株形态、单株重量、抽苔率等方面均发生了较大的变化，正朝着栽培型方向发展，驯化本地的野生蔬菜，在较短时间内容易获得成功，但欲稳定其优良性状，尚须继续定向选择培育。

Through three years of domestication and directive breeding,the wide shepherd's purse growing in Guizhou has been greatly changed in morphological characters,e.g.the width and highness of plant,size of leaf,length of root et al; the single plant weight of domested form is 65.24%higher than the wide form,and the rate of bolting of domested form is 29.8%lower than the wide form ,etc.For the present,the wide form of shepherd's purse are developing into the cultivated form.
