本文在射影平面上引入定点关于二阶曲线的μ度点的概念，在此基础上定义二阶曲线的拟极点与拟极线，并讨论了它们的若干性质。

In this paper we firstly introduce the μ-degree point of a fiexd point on the curve of second order, then define the quasi-pole and quasi-polar line of the curve of second order, and give their property.
