摘要
采用涂片法和BSG技术研究了日本黄脊蝗(Palangajaponca)的核型和C─带带型。结果表明:核型属常见核型;23条染色体均显着丝粒带,其中6对中、小染色体还显示了端带;结构异染色质较多地分布于这6对染色体。精原细胞有丝分裂中期和初级精母细胞减数分裂后期工的染色体在核型,带型上基本一致。
Using the smearing method and BSG technique, the karyotype and C-banding patterns of Patanga japonica have been investigated. The results show as following; The karyotype is common, the centromeric bands have been obsservable in 23 chromosomes, in which the end bands of 6 pairs of medium and small ones have ben found. The structural heterochromatin exists mostly in the 6 pairs of chromosomes. The karyotype and C- banding patterns of the chromosomes of metaphase are almost the same as those of the melosis anaphase I.
